欧盟2030年气候与能源政策框架

Abstract:The EU 2030 climate and energy policy framework set three targets，namely greenhouse emission reduction，renewable energy and energy efficiency，the first two being legally binding and the third one indicative. In order to achieve these targets，the EU has introduced a range of innovations as to its governance mechanism. This policy framework is expected to enhance the bargaining power of the EU on the post-2020 climate change agreement，speed up the building of the EU Energy Union and promote the EU’s transition to low carbon economy in 2050.
