Abstract:Anglo-American classic geopolitics has been translated into “the geopolitik” in China；the theoretical system consists of these masterpieces from Mahan，Maikind and Spykmand in its core. This article majors in researching the geostrategic of Australia in the eyesight of Anglo-American geopolitics. Australia’s origin is the same as Anglo-American. As the important regional power，the collaboration between Australia and America affected deeply on the strategic situation of Asia-Pacific. Meanwhile，Australia matched with Japan to promote the mutual partnership and strives for a significant role in Asia-Pacific and India Ocean prominently in the world. This essay focuses on significance of Australia in strategy theory，the alliance between US and Australia，Australian defense strategy，the relation between Japan and Australia and such subjects to make concern with the geopolitics of Australia and the relation between China and Australia.
