Abstract:Since Macao became the Macau Special Administrative Region（SAR）of China in 1999，the concept of “one country two systems” went through an extraordinary process，the developing of economic society was stable，the state of living have shown some improvement. Meanwhile，Macao has became an important platform for economic cooperation and trade between China and the Portuguese-speaking countries，and Macao also led a large expansion in cooperation across China，Latin American Countries and Caribbean. Analyzing the platform’s effect of Macauis conductive to the development of “one country two systems” and strengthen of business exchanges and friendly cooperation between China and the Portuguese-speaking countries.
