Abstract:Supported by national and provincial cultural industry parks and cultural industry demonstration bases，Henan Province set up ten cultural reform and development experimental zones during the time of international crisis of finance and pushed forward the development of cultural industry clusters，all of which proved to be very effective. While some problems also exposed，in which producing factors，industrial patterns，industrial chains and government services all constituted the top priorities in the process of clusters，basing on which，can we further accelerate the development of cultural industry clusters and raise the innovation，competition and comprehensive strength.
