广州培育本土跨国企业及其“走出去”战略研究
文章摘要：广州要建设国家中心城市、国际商贸中心，必须加快企业“走出去”步伐，充分利用国外市场和国外资源，培育和形成一批具有自主品牌和知识产权的本土跨国公司。本文在剖析广州企业国际化经营的现状以及外部经济环境变化所带来的机遇和挑战的基础上，借鉴国内外城市有益经验，提出广州培育大型跨国集团公司的战略路径和对策建议。
