试析安倍战略性“经济外交”的缺陷

Abstract:After taking office the second time，Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe proposed the strategic economic diplomacy，which is rooted in the traditional emphasis of economic diplomacy in the foreign relations of Japan. And the main reason of the formation is the practical needs of revitalizing economy and getting rid of diplomatic crisis，in order to cope with the complex changes in the international and domestic situation. After the implementation of Abe’s New Deal，economic diplomacy has obtained corresponding results of expanding Japan’s diplomatic scope. However，Shinzo Abe’s diplomacy is based on US-Japan Alliance，and the neighboring Asian countries are not paid enough attention，which leads to the structural contradictions of the strategic economic diplomacy. The cognitive bias of Shinzo Abe’s value and history view might become his basic weakness of economic diplomacy，shake the foundation of the regime and even cause the further deterioration of Sino-Japan relations. Therefore we must pay close attention to the above-mentioned in the policy level.
