Abstract:In human history, it's incredible that a country can be subjected to several disasters like the most horrible earthquakes, tsunamis, volcanic eruptions, nuclear radiation, at the same time,but Japan.On March 11, 2011, the Japanese island state waters suffered a magnitude 9.0 earthquake. Because Japan has a benefit from a perfect legal system of disaster prevention and multi-level organization system, and strict careful disaster prevention plan system, plus the whole country's sense of crisis,so even confronted with so many disasters, Japan is still in an orderly manner,what's more, it also makes the island nation withstand series of disaster tests from nature in its history. So we can use this for reference.
