中东难民问题与地区安全
文章摘要：中东地区是国际难民的最早产生地之一。进入21世纪以来，中东发生的一系列战争和动乱产生了大批新难民。新旧难民的救助与安置不仅给各国带来了沉重的负担和严峻的考验，也影响着地区国家的安全和地区形势的稳定。考虑到美国中东战略调整、地区力量格局的重塑与各国动乱或国家重建的不确定性，中东难民问题的前景并不乐观。而结束动乱、追求稳定与发展才是解决难民问题的根本途径。
