加快培育战略性新兴产业需注意五个方面的问题

Abstract:>To foster the strategic emerging industry，we need to define clearly the strategic emerging industry，avoiding everything is tagged by strategic emerging industry；Combining with the endowments，avoiding developing it blindly；Emphasizing the self-oriented innovation，avoiding the low level rebuilding；taking state-owned company and the other kind of company equally into account，avoiding say turkey to one and buzzard to another；the policy making need to focus，avoiding the policy dispersed.We suggest the government make out the industry plan as soon as possible；making the industry product contents as the basis of the supportive policy；setting up the profit，patents，research etc as the main index；strengthening the private enterprise，and support the strategic machinery manufacturing and the basic construction.
