文章摘要：当前，我国城镇化进入加速期，2009年我国城镇化率为46.6%，这一增速比2008年略有回升。本文就中国城镇化问题提出了可行的政策建议：加快城镇化发展方式转变；城镇化重大政策需要突破；推动城镇化发展重心向中西部转移；城市群将成为城镇化的主体形态；稳定和调控房地产市场；依托高铁和信息时代的优势，推进区域一体化和城市网络化。
