2012年上海合作组织元首理事会会议

Abstract:The 12th meeting of the SCO Summit Council was held in Beijing on June 6 and 7, 2012. The heads of each member states, representatives of standing organizations, delegates from observer states, guests of host country etc. attended the meeting. This regular meeting was held on the special occasion of the first year of SCO's second decade of existence. The heads of the member states held discussions on the developmental plans for SCO of the next decade as well as some major international and regional issues about which new consensuses have been reached. The Declaration on Constructing Enduring Peace and Regional Co-prosperity by the Heads of the Member States was issued, and the framework document guiding SCO's development of the next decade was also adopted.
