Abstract:From 2023 to 2024，China-Russia relations continue to improve. China-United States relations see stabilization but negative factors still increase. Political relations between China and Europe rebound but remain unstable. The United States and Russia continue to be in an all-out confrontation. Russia and Europe are still antagonistic，but the positions of the European Union will be polarized. Europe strengthen the quest for strategic autonomy，and the United States-European further accentuate differences. The group rise of the “Global South” is driving the trend of “the rise of the east and the decline of the west”. Climate change is shaping the agenda of the major powers’ competition and cooperation，and the elections of major countries are profoundly affecting their foreign policies. The evolution of the relations between major countries and the international landscape is affected by the factors of the long-term，medium-term and short-term time factors.
