2021～2022年辽东绿色经济区发展研究

Abstract:Liaodong Green Economic Zone is an important forest ecological function zone and water conservation area in Liaoning province. The green development of Liaodong region is of great significance for promoting the transformation of “two Mountains”，maintaining regional ecological security and helping to realize the “two carbon” goal. Over the years，the development level of Liaodong Green Economic Zone has gradually been improved. However，in terms of comprehensive green transformation，there are still some difficulties，such as declining proportion of economic aggregate，weak fiscal strength and insufficient ecological compensation. This report puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to speed up the development of Liaodong green economic zone from the aspects of vigorously developing green economy，strengthening green governance means，innovating all-region tourism mode and perfecting relevant system guarantee.
