Abstract:In the post-pandemic era，Beijing enterprises have demonstrated significant recovery and expansion in foreign direct investment and overseas projects throughout 2023，solidifying their global footprint. However，persistent challenges，including imbalances in investment opportunities and the necessity to refine industry structures and investment strategies，hinder their international expansion efforts. Moreover，amidst dynamic global shifts，Beijing enterprises face a number of risks across political，economic，cultural，and ecological realms. To navigate these challenges effectively，there is an urgent need to fortify comprehensive guidance，refine policies，and establish robust risk management systems. Additionally，implementing a holistic risk alert and contingency plan system is essential to safeguard Beijing enterprises and leverage their inherent strengths for greater global impact.
