乌克兰危机背景下土耳其与中亚国家的能源合作评析

Abstract:Energy cooperation is the focus of cooperation between Türkiye and Central Asian countries，but it is still at a low level between Türkiye and Central Asian countries. Since the Ukraine crisis in February 2022，the energy cooperation between Türkiye and Central Asian countries has ushered in new opportunities due to the energy import demand of European countries，the energy export demand of Central Asian countries，and the strengthening of Türkiye’s strategic position as an energy hub. However，the energy cooperation between the two sides also faces a series of challenges，such as Russia still controls the energy exports of Central Asian countries，the energy “potential” of Central Asia due to the backward infrastructure and processing capacity is to be developed，and the construction of energy pipelines connecting Türkiye and Central Asia is lagging behind. The strengthening of energy cooperation between Türkiye and Central Asian countries will not only affect the energy cooperation between other major countries and Central Asia，but also may weaken Russia’s influence in Central Asia. It will also make the game between major countries in Eurasia more complex and have a certain impact on the order of Central Asia.
