Abstract:With the profound changes in the trend of urban development and scene evolution in the digital era，digital cultural scenes have become the high point of urban competition in the future. Based on the theoretical exploration and practical experience of digital cultural scene creation，this study explores the basic features and operation mechanism of digital cultural scene and demonstrates how digital cultural scene can improve the quality of the city and help create a model of urban civilization. Taking Chengdu as a case study，which advocates the concept of scenario city building and aims to build China’s first digital cultural scenario city，this study analyzes the eight key directions of digital cultural scenarios，such as digital cultural museums，virtual shopping，interactive entertainment，spatial-temporal rejuvenation，immersive neighborhoods，interactive landscapes，life expansion，and intelligent governance，and then puts forward the idea of building a digital cultural scenario city to promote the improvement of urban quality. It will then put forward the idea of digital cultural scenarios for city construction and promote the quality improvement and high-quality development of the city.
