2022年吉林省投资情况分析及2023年对策建议

Abstract:In 2022，investment in Jilin Province showed a stable and positive development trend. Key industries in the province，such as the automobile industry，construction industry and the real estate industry，resumed growth，the construction of major projects was carried out smoothly，and the overall investment layout was transformed to digitally，achieving a good start of the “14th Five-Year Plan”. On the whole，the economic and environmental pressure facing the whole province is relatively large，the pulling effect of industrial investment needs to be further developed，the investment in strategic new industries is slightly insufficient，and the vitality of private investment needs to be strengthened. Looking forward to the future，Jilin Province will continue to strengthen the clear orientation of project construction，continuously improve the investment environment，promote the organic integration of investment subjects，and promote the concentration of investment in key industries and leading enterprises，as well as to Changchun and Jilin. In order to further improve investment efficiency and continuously release growth momentum，this report puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to optimize investment development in Jilin Province：actively expand effective investment and promote the optimization of the investment structure；enhance private investment confidence and stimulate the vitality of the private economy；promote the green transformation of investment and release the momentum of sustainable development；and deepen trade and investment. Cooperate to attract global resource agglomeration；strengthen policy guarantees to provide a stable investment environment.
