2022～2023年越南外交：游刃于大国间，以服务经济社会恢复发展为核心任务

Abstract:In 2022，Vietnam actively implemented the philosophy of “Bamboo Diplomacy”，being led by head-of-state diplomacy，taking inter-party diplomacy as an important front，following the common tread of economic diplomacy，energetically renewed various offline diplomatic activities，skillfully handled relations with great powers to maximize national interests. Vietnam-China relations，which were led by inter-party exchanges，made considerable progress. Vietnam-US relations developed in a game over whether to upgrade the bilateral relations or not. Cultural diplomacy run through all kinds of diplomatic activities. Vietnam actively responded to global challenges，and played an important role in the multilateral diplomacy arena，which had made an important contribution in achieving Vietnam’s economic development goal. Looking ahead to 2023，Vietnam will stand a good chance of making positive breakthroughs in handling relations with great powers，with the continuation of diplomatic policies of the 13th CPV National Congress.
