东盟可持续城市化的发展现状与推进领域

Abstract:Rapid urbanization in ASEAN has brought considerable economic growth，but it has also been accompanied by a series of problems，including environmental pollution，traffic congestion and unbalanced development. In the face of challenges，and to achieve sustainable urban development in the ASEAN region，based on the framework of Master Plan on ASEAN Connectivity 2025（MPAC 2025）and ASEAN Sustainable Urbanization Strategy，this report identifies four key enablers，including governance，planning，finance，and digitalization in ASEAN. Research on the development of sustainable urbanization in ASEAN has implications on China’s urbanization and the promotion of the “Belt and Road” initiative.
