2022年东盟政治安全共同体建设进展与成就

Abstract:In 2022，under the ASEAN Community Vision 2025，the ASEAN Political-Security Community Blueprint 2025，and the Ha Noi Declaration on the ASEAN Community’s Post-2025 Vision，the ASEAN Political-Security Community （APSC） made significant progress in the areas of ASEAN cooperation in building sustainable peace and harmonious security，the Women，Peace and Security Agenda，and climate change，maritime security，cybersecurity，and food security，through joint efforts within the ASEAN-led regional cooperation architecture. ASEAN agreed to admit Timor-Leste as a new member，announced its common position with external dialogue partners and mediated major hotspot issues within and outside the region，such as the ongoing Myanmar issue，the South China Sea issue，and the emerging crisis in Ukraine. It also launched dialogues and pursued joint actions with the United Nations on the global and regional security agendas，such as climate change，human security，and the fight against terrorism and transnational crime. All this increasingly demonstrates ASEAN’s resilience and dynamism as both a regional and emerging global actor in building Southeast Asian community and addressing common regional and global challenges.
