2022年中国电建在“一带一路”共建国家发展案例研究

Abstract:Since the “Belt and Road” initiative was put forward，POWERCHINA has been fulfilling its responsibility as a central enterprise，serving the national strategy，and deeply participating in the construction of countries along the “Belt and Road”，which has achieved fruitful results. Based on this，the report takes POWERCHINA as the research subject and conducts an in-depth analysis of its motivations and key influencing factors in participating in the construction of countries along the “Belt and Road” initiative. Specifically，China vigorously promotes the implementation of the “Belt and Road” initiative，issuing a series of policy documents，which creates a favorable development environment for POWERCHINA in countries along the “Belt and Road”. The company’s internationalization strategy and the long-standing advantages in international operations provide a solid foundation for its development in countries along the “Belt and Road.” In this process，POWERCHINA adheres to localized operations to enhance regional operational capabilities；promotes full industry chain integration to improve international competitiveness；and enhances risk prevention mechanisms to reduce international operational risks. Finally，the paper offers suggestions for POWERCHINA’s future development in countries along the “Belt and Road” in terms of international operational risks，business green transformation，technological innovation，and talent development.
