Abstract:The international institution is an important guarantee for the solid progress of the construction of the Belt and Road Initiative. On the one hand，improving the system construction of the Belt and Road Initiative and realizing the system innovation of the Belt and Road Initiative will help reduce the obstacles faced in the construction of the Belt and Road Initiative. On the other hand，they can promote the improvement of the global governance mechanism. China and the countries along the “Belt and Road” work together to achieve innovations in the concepts，models，paths，and main bodies of the international institutions，realize shared development，jointly respond to new problems and challenges arising from cooperation，and share the fruits of economic globalization. The international institution innovation in the Belt and Road Initiative is an active exploration of a new type of international cooperation and an innovation in the international governance model and international system. Through the practice of the international institution and the benign interaction with international actors，the “Belt and Road” can be better built into a community of common interests and a community of shared destiny of human beings，and realize the shared prosperity of all mankind.
