伊合组织难民治理的协同机制研究
文章摘要：伊合组织是由伊斯兰国家组成的国际组织，拥有57个成员国。在伊合组织范围内，穆斯林难民问题由来已久。众所周知，难民问题是全球治理的难题之一，而穆斯林难民的数量占到了全球难民的68%以上。针对这一情况，伊合组织与联合国的两大难民治理机构——联合国难民署和近东救济工程处展开了合作。在创建机制以实现共治的过程中，双方实际上形成了一种“协同治理”模式。本文就伊合组织与这两个联合国机构之间的协同治理机制进行了研究。
