Abstract:Digital power has become a strategic measure of the Chinese government，and Beijing is positioned based on the “four centers” function，actively integrating into the overall situation of digital China construction，and promoting a new leap in the digital economy. This section focuses on the new trends presented by the global digital economy development，summarizes and reviews the new progress of Beijing’s digital economy benchmark city construction in the past year，deeply analyzes the new problems that urgently need to be solved in the current development process，and proposes seven major promotion paradigms around key elements such as organization，projects，systems，and standards，providing path references for future global digital economy benchmark city construction.
