意大利智慧城市的发展模式与经验

Abstract:Italy is among the European countries with the largest number of smart cities，and has formed various development patterns of smart cities with different characteristics. This article aims to sort out and analyze the development process，top-level design，the participation models of all involved parties of the smart cities in Italy. First of all，the article reviews the researches on smart cities in Italy over the past decade，in which six indicators with prevalent influence are selected. They are smart economy，smart mobility，smart environment，smart people，smart living and smart governance. Based on this review，the article analyzes the development patterns and experiences of the smart cities including Milan，Rome and Florence. Finally，the article summarizes the roles of Italian central and local governments in the development of smart cities，with a view to providing useful references for the practice of developing smart cities in China.
