数字“一带一路”建设的机遇、挑战与未来方向

Abstract:A digital Belt and Road is an important part of the Belt and Road Initiative that represents an organic integration with the digital economy. As new digital technology enables the upgrading of industrial structure，the industrial complementarity and strategic fit between China and the economies along the Belt and Road in the digital economy create a good foundation for China to build a digital Belt and Road. At the same time，the development of digital economy in the Belt and Road also faces multiple challenges such as fragmentation of global governance rules for the digital economy，imbalance of digital infrastructure，and prominent digital security issues. China should adopt a differentiated strategy for building a digital Belt and Road according to the development level and potential of economies along the route，which under the theme of development，centers on a broad balance of interests and gives equal importance to the provision of material and institutional international public goods.
