Abstract:Achieving carbon emission peak and carbon neutrality is a broad and profound economic and social systemic change，which should be incorporated into the overall layout of ecological civilization construction. since 2022，energy crises have emerged one after another in Eastern Europe and Central Asia，and energy prices remain high，causing great international concern. Thanks to its geographical and climatic advantages，Xinjiang has abundant photovoltaic and wind power resources and a highly developed energy industry，making it an important energy production and output province in China. And，due to the limited local energy consumption capacity in Xinjiang，there is an urgent need to expand energy consumption channels. Based on the background of energy production and consumption in Xinjiang，this paper discusses the pattern of building a “Belt and Road” Eurasian power channel based on field research.
