“一带一路”框架下中德合作的现状、前景与挑战（2021~2022）

Abstract:As the largest economies at the two ends of the Eurasian continent，China and Germany have seen considerable development in economic and trade cooperation under the framework of the Belt and Road Initiative in recent years. The total trade volume between the two countries has been on the rise year after year，making China the largest trade partner of Germany for six consecutive years since 2016. In general，the feedback from the government sector and the private sector of Germany on the Belt and Road Initiative is relatively positive. However，against the backdrop of major changes unseen in a century，the undercurrents of counter-globalization with the rise of regional trade protectionism，the growing anti-China sediment in the United States，and the European Union’s perception of China as a systematic rival，have all added challenges to the advancement of the Belt and Road Initiative. In such complex international environment，China and Germany should deepen win-win cooperation for mutual benefits，and explore the potential of cooperation under the framework of the Belt and Road Initiative through innovative cooperation mechanisms and third-party market cooperation.
