基于自由贸易港建设的海南服务贸易政策体系的创新实践研究

Abstract:compared with other areas，the foundation of Hainan’s service trade is still weak. But in a relatively short period of time，Hainan’s service trade has become an important basis to support the island’s economic operation，and its global influence continues to rise. All these achievements are closely related to the policy guidance of central government and local government of Hainan. This paper studies the central and local policies to guide the development of Hainan’s service trade，analyzes the policy logic and thinking，thinking that policy practice plays an important role in the development of Hainan’s service trade. Based on the analysis of the characteristics of the policy system，this paper puts forward some suggestions for Hainan’s future policy layout，such as improving the evaluation system，strengthening industry supervision and insisting on sustainability.
