Abstract:Since the 2018 Central Economic Conference，the “new infrastructure” has received support from the central government many times. As an important economic province in China，Henan should seize the opportunity，take technology and science as the starting point，gradually develop “new infrastructure”，seize the commanding heights of the industry in the new round of scientific and technological reform and industrial competition，and promote the high-quality economic development. The development of “new infrastructure” is suitable for the combination of short and long term，to provide all-round support for the improvement of traditional industries. Therefore，to promote the “new infrastructure”，we should understand the “new infrastructure” in a scientific manner and balance the long-term and short-term development. Constructing “new infrastructure” with characteristic schemes to coordinate the conversion of old and new driving forces；We will build “new infrastructure” in a legalized environment and create stable development to support high-quality economic development in an all-round way.
