Abstract:Joe Biden’s inauguration as US president in January 2021 marked a huge transformation of America’s policy towards Germany. Several conflicts that had weighed on US-German relations during the Trump era soon came to an end，leading to a rapprochement of both nations. This improvement was however greatly limited by a number of factors. The two countries continue to have considerable differences and conflicts on a series of issues. 展开
