Abstract:The COVID-19 pandemic and the Ukraine crisis have promoted the differentiation and reorganization of international forces，accelerating profound changes unseen in a century. In the digital era，the interaction of geopolitical conflicts and cyberspace governance has brought new trends and challenges to major-country interactions. The digital space has gradually become the main battlefield between major countries，the security situation in cyberspace is getting severe，and the cyberspace governance calls on international cooperation. The US-led Western countries attempt to set up democratic digital ecosystem decoupling China，the cybersecurity risks increase dramatically following the Ukraine crisis，and the international rule-making process coming to a critical moment. In the future，confrontation in digital and cyberspace may be further deepened，and China shall continue to adhere to the opening-up strategy，coordinate development and security，and actively participate in the system construction of international rules.
