The BRI Energy Cooperation Community is an important part of the community with a shared future for mankind. it is a “Chinese plan” provided by China for the world under the background of the post-pandemic era and profound changes in the global energy pattern. It will help the international community to deal with global environmental problems，maintain international energy security，expand the field of energy cooperation，resolve energy trade disputes，and finally achieve mutual benefit and win-win results. The 21st-Century Maritime Silk Road is a major component of BRI energy governance. China can provide public goods on the level of conception，institution and materials in energy governance，deepen energy governance and cooperation with countries along the 21st-Century Maritime Silk Road，as an important practice of participating in global energy governance，and promote the construction of Energy Cooperation Community.
