2020年上海合作组织经贸合作：疫情下携手前行

Abstract:In 2020，under the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic，the economies of SCO member states declined to varying degrees，and many measures taken to combat the pandemic restricted people-to-people and economic exchanges，resulting in an overall decline in the scale of trade between member states. Overcoming the negative effects of the outbreak，the SCO and member states successfully held a video summit of the Council of Heads of State and Government to continue to lead the development of the organization with top-level design. Under the situation of the pandemic，member countries continue to explore new ways to expand trade regulations and enhance economic cooperation. China has taken the lead in emerging from the haze of the pandemic，achieving positive economic growth and becoming a stable anchor for economic and trade cooperation in the SCO. In the context of the world entering a period of turbulent change，the SCO can effectively address risks and challenges，including the pandemic，and achieve economic prosperity，social stability and the goal of long-term stability of the country only if it continues to uphold the “Shanghai Spirit”，strengthen the idea of win-win cooperation and strengthen pragmatic cooperation.
