2001~2021年上海合作组织与其他国际机制合作的历史及其现状与前景

Abstract:Over the past 20 years，the SCO，guided by the “Shanghai Spirit”，has gradually strengthened its contacts and exchanges with other international organizations in keeping with the principle of open and transparent external cooperation，and has won wide recognition from the international community. However，considering that the SCO is still a new organization，the focus of development over the years has been on internal institution-building and cooperation among member states，and there is room for improvement in terms of content，scope and quality of cooperation with international mechanisms. With the further expansion of member states and the continuous improvement of international status and influence，the potential of the SCO for external cooperation has also been stimulated，and the expansion of the partnership network will be one of the important business of the organization’s future development.
