Abstract:Against the background of the global pandemic，the twentieth meeting of the Council of Heads of State of the SCO member states was held in the form of a videoconference for the first time in history. At the meeting，the heads of state held in-depth discussions on the prevention and control of the pandemic，the construction of public health communities，regional security，trade，economy and humanistic cooperation，with the aim of strengthening political dialogue among member states，maintaining stability in regional countries and improving the efficiency of economic and trade cooperation. The summit is of great significance，and in the context of the crisis of the pandemic and the threats and challenges facing the world with great stability and development，the consensus reached at the SCO summit and related documents will help strengthen solidarity and cooperation within the organizational space，promote the parties to jointly overcome the public health problems brought about by the spread of the pandemic，and have an important impact on the early resumption of work and production of member states，strengthen international cooperation and promote the healthy development of the economy and society.
