“一带一路”倡议下跨境物流联盟体系构建分析

Abstract:Under “The Belt and Road Initiative”，the development of cross-border e-commerce and cross-border logistics has achieved remarkable results. The development of international logistics alliance is useful for the international cooperation of “The Belt and Road”. Cross border e-commerce logistics alliance is the international logistics alliance of cross-border e-commerce. It can build the system of cross-border logistics alliance from the structure of alliance，the rules of system，the mechanism of cooperation，the combination of product，the data system of platform，the security system，the sharing of resources and so on. It should pay more attention to promoting international cooperation in customs supervision，building technology and virtual logistics alliance，and managing the risk of alliance.
