Abstract:The regional trade agreement have become the preferred choice for consensus on digital trade rules. The report summarized the current digital trade rules including the market admittance and trade facilitation，data flow and data security，the protection of consumer’s right，cooperation and domestic regulatory framework. It has six trends which include creating the more liberal digital products and service trade environment，advocating hierarchical classification administration of cross-border data flow，paying attention to the protection of consumers’ rights，digital rights，and the network security，unifying the international rules of digital trade. China should promote the facilitation of digital trade actively，balancing the data flow and security，paying attention to the protection of consumer rights，participating the negotiations and cooperation of the international digital trade rules.
