In order to make Dubai a popular international medical tourism destination，Dubai has actively taken measures，including the government’s formulating long-term development strategies，increasing investment，encouraging cross-industry cooperation，enhancing international exchanges and cooperation，strengthening promotion and digital transformation. The experience of Dubai in medical tourism development has an enlightening effect on China，it is recommended to enhance the international development of Chinese medical tourism by strengthening international cooperation，establishing a medical tourism brand culture，strengthening the construction of international medical tourism pilot zone，and promoting the integration of industries.
