中日能源安全合作的历史演进与体系层次分析

Abstract:Through the longitudinal history and horizontal analysis of Sino-Japanese energy security cooperation，it shows that Sino-Japanese energy security cooperation has gone through four stages. They are：China’s “bringing in” strategy fit with Japan’s energy strategy，China’s “going out” strategy to engage in global energy cooperation with Japan，Sino-Japanese energy security dominance competition and cooperation balance and a new era of Sino-Japanese energy cooperation under the “Belt and Road” initiative. As an important area of non-traditional security cooperation between the two countries，Sino-Japanese energy security cooperation has now formed a multi-level Sino-Japanese energy security mechanism at global，regional，and bilateral levels.
