Abstract:In the period of great changes，the western-led global economic governance mechanism is facing profound changes due to the failure of governance，and a new global economic order is being conceived. As the world’s second largest economy，China has actively participated in and promoted the reform of the global economic governance mechanism，and proposed a Chinese plan different from the “hegemonic stability”：Taking the overall domestic and international situation as the strategic height，under the banner of building a community with a shared future for mankind，“extensive consultation，joint contribution and shared benefits” as the core concept，uphold multilateralism and promote democracy in international relations as the goal，on the premise of adhering to the status of a major developing country，take “One Belt And One Road” initiative as the important path. It not only demonstrates the positive way of dealing with the world and the concept of governance in the traditional Chinese culture，but also is an important result of the CPC’s continuous acceptance of the wisdom of Marxist philosophy and its conscious adherence to the application of Marxist philosophical world view and methodology.
