中国—中南半岛经济走廊跨国有组织犯罪及中国的应对之策

Abstract:China-Indochina Peninsula Economics Corridor is one of the strategic pillars and essential frameworks for the “Belt and Road Initiative”. In the process of building the economic corridor，the transnational organized crimes（e.g.，human trafficking，drug trafficking，computer crime and money laundering）have derived new forms，that is，child soldiering，proliferation of new psychoactive substances，telecommunication fraud and transnational network gambling. This has produced significant negative impacts on the national security，social stability and people’s life and property security of the countries in the China Indochina Peninsula Economic Corridor. This paper aims at exploring the characteristics of the new transnational organized crime，as well as the common problems existing in the governance of the countries in the China Indochina Peninsula Economic Corridor. Then，this paper makes proper countermeasures，in order to ensure the achievements of the China Indochina Peninsula Economic Corridor.
