中南半岛次区域安全复合体的安全结构及其社会性建构

Abstract:This paper uses the mutual interdependence among security actors in Indo-China peninsula subregional and Copenhagen School’s regional security complex theory as analytical framework，discusses the formation and security structure of Indo-China peninsula subregional by four elements which are boundary，anarchy structure，polarity and social construction，and analyses the social construction of this security complex from three levels，global level，regional level and domestic level. This paper argues that，the mutual interdependence and interaction among security actors in Indo-China peninsula construct subregional security complex and also determine the security structure of this subregional security complex. Due the dominant position of regional level and its security interaction with global level，the social construction of Indo-China subregional security complex now presents relatively mature security regime. The non-traditional security cooperation in Indo-China subregion can help promote the transition to security community.
