Abstract:The Middle East has always been a hot spot in global politics. It is a complex but necessary problem to explore its governance in the chaos. The health governance situation in the Middle East has been greatly improved compared with the past，but there are still many deficiencies compared with other parts of the world. Health governance in the Middle East is deeply affected by its actual environment. Among them，the economic capacity of various countries has played a fundamental role，while the government governance capacity has a direct impact on their health service level. War and conflict have become the primary consideration of health governance in some parts of the Middle East，and society and customs have become the deep-seated reasons for the great health pressure on the status of the Middle East. The outbreak of COVID-19 had a huge impact on the health system in the Middle East and affected every aspect of social life. To deal with this common crisis of all mankind requires sincere cooperation on a global scale. Global and regional international organizations have provided great help to deal with the epidemic in the Middle East，and China has also helped countries in the Middle East within its capacity. Epidemic response also requires all parties to put aside their prejudices and work together to help solve traditional security issues with a cooperative view of dealing with non-traditional security issues.
