海外公共安全面临的新挑战与合作治理的新应对

Abstract:Both the COVID-19 and “anti-globalization” have seriously impacted the international political，economic and security environment in 2020 and brought great challenges to China’s overseas public security. Chinese citizens overseas have to face the threat of COVID-19 and anti-China sentiment，while Chinese enterprises investing in abroad need to both keep the projects running normally and fight against COVID-19. With the cooperation and coordination of the central and local governments，the Ministry of Foreign Affairs，the Ministry of Education and other central institutions，China has ensured the safety of the overseas public. In the future，China shall improve the new cooperative mechanism to protect China’s overseas public security and build a more friendly international environment in multiple ways.
