Abstract:The construction industry is one of the pillar industries of China’s economy and society. In 2019，the added value of the construction industry will reach 7090.4 billion yuan，accounting for 7.2% of GDP. In recent years，the traditional management mode restricts the development speed and quality of the industry. How to improve quality and efficiency has become the biggest challenge in the development of construction enterprises. This report summarizes the characteristics of high-quality development of construction enterprises，which are mainly reflected in the transformation and development of the industry into the mainstream，the new development of the level of construction industrialization，the unprecedented attention to the ability of scientific and technological innovation，and the great improvement of the level of information management. Combined with the actual situation of the industry，this paper puts forward some development suggestions，such as continuously strengthening the party’s leadership，grasping the development rhythm，clarifying the relationship between transformation and upgrading，improving the quality of information management，and adhering to innovation driven.
