2019~2020年德国政党政治的新走向及其影响

Abstract:After the 19th Bundestag election in Germany，a fragmented party structure emerged，which was further solidified after the federal state parliament elections and the European parliament elections in 2019. The two major mainstream parties are facing their respective problems and difficulties. The AfD plays an important role in the German party politics，is becoming the initiator of the German political earthquake，while the Green Party is on the way to becoming a people’s party. Although the tradition of German consensus politics has been eroded，it still maintains tension. German political parties are also facing the uncertainty of intergenerational inheritance of political elites. These changes in German party politics not only make it difficult for the parties to form a cabinet at the federal state level，but also challenge the stability of German politics，and the future development of German parties.
