Abstract:During the process of globalization，the development of international economic and trade cooperation has become an inevitable trend，the relationship between countries will inevitably affect the production and investment of enterprises，especially in the countries along the “Belt and Road” whose domestic environment are with great differences. With the continuous increase of China’s OFDI scale，the negative impact caused by the risk of the host country’s relationship with China is increasingly obvious. This report conducts a macro study on the security of OFDI relationship with China under the background of the “Belt and Road” cooperation，and analyzes the development of the situation of various regions and specific countries in combination with its spatio-temporal changes，and gives specific suggestions. The study found that the average safety index of investment in individual countries’ relations with China has declined slightly in the past ten years. The safety index of most countries’ relations with China in Southeast Asia and South Asia is at a relatively high level. The most important risk factors come from India，Bangladesh，Myanmar and Cambodia. There is still a large space for substantial improvement in the safety of relations with China in West Asia and North Africa.
