Abstract:The world today is undergoing great changes unseen in a century. The global spread of COVID-19 has pushed for profound changes in the international economic and social landscape. Faced with the current complex and volatile global situation，the advantages of digital transformation are becoming increasingly evident. Digital economy has demonstrated strong resilience and become the growth potential of world economy. This paper analyzes the evolution trend of digital measurement in depth on the basis of the current new situation of digital transformation and development，and optimizes the global digital competitiveness index rating system based on the latest index data to ensure the cutting-edge，scientific and sustainability of index research.
