Abstract:With the support of the National Institute of Cultural Development，the China Institute for Cultural Trade Research and Beijing Research Institute of Cultural Trade has cooperated to create an innovative academic service platform. This platform，as a new think tank，has played an irreplaceable role in the academic diplomacy. The cooperation concept of the platform corresponds to the principle of achieving shared growth through discussion and collaboration provided by “One Belt and One Road”. The platform not only promotes the spirit of the Silk Road of the peaceful cooperation，openness，inclusiveness，mutual learning，mutual benefit and win-win results，but also propels trade flow and people communication along the Silk Road. Academic service platform boosts the national overall strategy cross the country through academic influence. It has become an explorer and architect of theory on “Culture Going Global”，a practical academic pioneer，a adviser and promoter of government’s decision，a director of innovative cultivation of talents，also an protector for inheriting and developing cultural heritage and an advoctor and provider of industrial trade promotion.
